Our story
Why Nacrelle
Nacre is the lustrous layer a mollusk builds inside its own shell — quiet and easy to overlook from the outside, until it opens. That contrast is where the name comes from, and where the case starts.
Most aligner cases are exactly what they look like: clinical, disposable, made to disappear into the bottom of a bag. We wanted something with the same quiet surprise as nacre itself — plain enough to belong anywhere, considered enough to be worth opening. Inside the lid is a mirror, so the last thing you see before you put your aligner back in is your own face, not a guess.
Nacrelle started as a sketch of the case we couldn't find. We're building it slowly, and mostly in the open — one real decision at a time.

Does it work with my aligners?
Yes. Nacrelle is designed to hold standard clear aligner trays and is compatible with Invisalign, ClearCorrect, and other clear aligner brands, as well as traditional retainers.
What's it made of?
We're finalizing the exact material now. The goal is a smooth, durable, food-safe case built for daily bag life. Full material specs will be confirmed before Nacrelle ships.
